Caution: Control can be lost if I2C is disabled while using this function for I2C Polling mode.
Overflow condition: The overflow bytes neglected through dummy bytes (0xFF).

Buffer, unsigned char MaxSize)
Transmits data buffer from the user defined area for
I2C_POLLING_TX mode. The data transmission will dis-
continue, if any error occurs during transmission and the
error status will be returned.
