to 0 or an appropriate non-
zero input filter value.
Disable the Sensor Discon-
nected Detection function
(Off-wire Detection function)
for inputs that are not being
used.
After correcting the short-cir-
cuit, turn the I/O power supply
OFF and then ON again.
