The A/D converter stops operation in the IDLE/software STOP mode (operable in the HALT mode). At this time,
the current consumption of the A/D converter can be reduced by stopping the conversion (by resetting the bit 7
(ADCS) of the A/D converter mode register (ADM) to 0).
To reduce the current consumption in the IDLE/software STOP mode, set the AV
the same value (0 V) as the AV
Keep the input voltage of the ANI0 through ANI11 pins to within the rated range. If a voltage greater than or equal
