TCM has four interrupt sources: TICI, TCMI, TOVMI, and TOVI. Each interrupt source is either
enabled or disabled by the corresponding interrupt enable bit in TCMIER and independently
transferred to the interrupt controller. Table 12.4 lists the interrupt sources in priority order.
TICI and TCMI interrupts can be set up as activation sources for the on-chip DTC.
