Global Time-out Enable. When a logic high, the automatic reassembly
time-out function is enabled.
Maximum Length. MAX_LEN × 1024 is the maximum allowable size in bytes
of an AAL5 CPCS-PDU, including overhead.
Global Discard Priority. Used by the Frame Relay and CLP discard functions.
If the individual channel priority number is less than or equal to GDIS_PRI,
PDUs on that channel can be discarded.
