This register consists of a 16-bit address pointer that points to the beginning of the VPI Index table, and a 16-bit
address pointer that points to the beginning of the RSM VCC table. Since both tables reside in SAR-shared
memory, the tables start on 128-byte boundaries. The size of the VPI Index table used in the direct index method
is dependent upon the setting of RSM_CTRL0(VPI_MASK).

Reassembly Time-out Interrupt Period. The value in this register determines
the number of SYSCLK periods for each time-out interrupt. A value of 0
divides by 65,538.
Reassembly Time-out Counter. The value in this register plus one determines
the number of time-out interrupts that occur in each pass through the RSM
VCC table.
