20.2.8 HFM Data Register (HFM_DATA)
This register stores the result of the calculate flash array signature and calculate IFR
block signature generated by RDARYM and RDARYMI commands.
The register is read-only.
Address: HFM_DATA – F400h base + 18h offset = F418h
20.2.9 HFM IFR Option Register 0 (HFM_IFR_OPT0)
Bits 9-0 of this read-only register store the trim value for the on-chip relaxation oscillator.
At reset, the bits are loaded with a factory-programmed trim value stored in the flash
information block.
The register's reset state is loaded from the flash array during reset.
