Direct Transition ON Flag
This bit in combination with the SSBY bit in SBYCR, the
LSON bit in LPWRCR, and the PSS bit in TCSR
specifies the operating mode after executing the SLEEP
instruction. For details, see table 21.2.
Low-Speed ON Flag
This bit in combination with the SSBY bit in SBYCR, the
DTON bit in LPWRCR, and the PSS bit in TCSR
specifies the operating mode after executing the SLEEP
instruction. For details, see table 21.2.
Noise Elimination Sampling Frequency Select
Selects the frequency of the clock (φ) generated by the
system clock oscillator to be used to sample the
