It has also to be considered that the SLICOFI-2x offers 3.3 V logic levels for the PCM
voice data. If the driving capability or the 3.3 V level of the SLICOFI-2x are not sufficient,
an external driver/levelshifter has to be used. The SLICOFI-2x offers appropriate signals
for controlling an external bus driver.

TIP/RING Interface
The TIP/RING Interface is the interface that connects the subscriber to the DuSLIC. It
meets ITU-T Recommendation Q.552 for Z Interface and applicable LSSGR.
