NLP Residual Echo Estimated Echo Return Loss for LEC + Line:
After being enabled, the NLP has no information regarding the echo return loss of the
hybrid and the LEC. Therefore the NLP has two modes for the residual echo estimation:
A simple mode, which is used after the NLP activation and a comfort mode which is used
when the internal filters have usable values.
In the simple mode the equation for the residual echo RE is:
