Transmit Start Demand Register (TSDR_0, TSDR_1)
TSDR [31:0]: Transmit Start Demand Register

While the transmit descriptor is unavailable, the Tx state machine will enter Halt state. The user has to
issue a write command with any data to Transmit Start Demand register to restart the Tx operation.
