Default Fuse Value
SCIF.BOD.LEVEL is loaded to 0x28 if the BODLEVEL fuses are greater than 0xA.
SCIF.BOD.LEVEL is loaded to (BODLEVEL x 4) if the BODLEVEL fuses are lower or equal to 0xA.
