Mapping of Overhead Data to Overhead TSB Time Slots
The CX29503 sends “receive overhead data” to the line side of the HDLC controller
(CX28500) via the overhead TSB in frames of 84 time slots (bytes).
The CX29503 accepts “CX29503 transmit overhead data” from the line side of the
HDLC controller (CX28500) via the overhead TSB in frames of 84 time slots. The
CX29503 sends and receives data to and from the overhead TSB at a rate of 12.96
Mbps when in SI-Bus mode, 11.184 Mbps when in Electrical Serial Port mode.
The Overhead Communication channels use 84 overhead TSB time slots that are
allocated as listed in
