Overhead Bus, AC Characteristics
This is the same operation as the Payload TSB; the only difference is that the
TSB_OCLK rate is one-fourth the Payload TSB clock. For example, in SI-Bus mode,
the overhead TSB clock is 12.96 Mbps compared to the Payload rate of 51.84 Mbps.
