power supply to the VCL pin together with the VCC pins.

Usage Note
< Vcc = 2.7 V to 3.6 V >
Connect the Vcc power supply to the chip's VCL pin in the same
way as the VCC pins.
It is recommended that a bypass capacitor be connected to the
power supply pins. (Values are reference values.)
