The φ clock output can be controlled by the PSTOP bit in SCKCR and DDR of the corresponding
port. When the PSTOP bit is set to 1, φ clock is stopped at the end of the bus cycle, and the φ
output is driven high. When the PSTOP bit is cleared to 0, φ clock output is enabled. When DDR
of the corresponding port is cleared to 0, φ clock output is disabled, and the port becomes an input
port. Table 22.4 shows the φ pin state in each processing state.
