The products in the Z8 Encore! XP F1680 Series feature either 24 KB (24576), 16 KB
(16384), and 8 KB (8192) of non-volatile Flash memory with read/write/erase capability.
The Flash memory can be programmed and erased in-circuit by either user code or
through the On-Chip Debugger.
The Flash memory array is arranged in pages with 512 bytes per page. The 512 byte page
is the minimum Flash block size that can be erased. Each page is divided into 4 rows 
of 128 bytes.
For program/data protection, the Flash memory is also divided into sectors. In the Z8
Encore! XP F1680 Series, the Flash memory is divided into 8 sectors which can be
protected from programming and erase operation on a per sector basis.
The first 2 bytes of the Flash Program Memory are used as Flash Option bits. For more
