These three register are used to configure the
priority level of each interrupt source. The 24 bits
of these registers (PRL23-PRL0) are divided into 8
groups of three bits: each group is associated with
a priority level (from level 1, the highest, to level 8,
the lowest: level 0 is fixed for the NMI that can be
interrupted only by the TRAP). The three bits of
each group are written with the code number
associated with the interrupt source (see
5.1).
