10.3: Start/Stop Timer Primitive
Start or stop a timer with the parameters in the specified LCD address. When this primitive is executed, a
timer is started or stopped whose parameters are contained in the specified LCD. Bit 0 specifies whether to
start (0) or stop (1) the timer. When the timer pops, a DMA descriptor specified in the LCD will be executed.

10.4: Close Connection Primitive
Transmission is complete on a connection specified by an LCD address. When no more traffic is to be sent
on a connection, this primitive can be executed to cause an event to be generated when segmentation has
stopped on this connection. Segmentation will be stopped immediately, or stopped after all packets on this
connection have been transmitted, as specified in the CSKED Control Register.
