12.20: RXCRC Instruction Array Read/Write Port
Provides read/write access to the instruction array. The instruction array contains a single nano-program.
When this register is read/written, the address provided by RXCRC Instruction Array Address Port is used to
select the array word to be accessed. RXCRC Instruction Array Address Port is auto-incremented on each
read/write. Thus, this port can be read/written multiple times to read/write the entire array.
