Under Prepare PROM Files, shown in

Under I want to target a, click the PROM Supporting Multiple Design
Versions radio button and select XCFP PROM with Design Revisioning
from the drop-down menu.
Under PROM File Format, select the MCS radio button.
In the PROM File Name box, enter a filename of your choice. The design example
uses ml555xcf32p.
In the Location box, browse to or enter the directory where your bitstreams are
located. This directory is the same location as where the generated PROM output
files are stored. The design example uses C:/Data.
Click Next.
