0: CAM hit: Frames are relayed to port 1
1: CAM hit: Frames are not relayed
Sets the processing method when frames from port 0
are addressed to other than this LSI.

Sets the processing method when the SA (source
address) of a frame received from port 0 is not
registered in the entry table.
