(4) Real-time counter control register 3 (RC1CC3)
The RC1CC3 register is an 8-bit register that controls the interval interrupt function and RTCDIV pin.
This register can be read or written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
Reset sets this register to 00H.

• When changed from 1 to 0: Output of the RTCDIV output is stopped after two clocks
