Electrical Characteristics
Power Ramp Sequence of VDDx and VDDOx
There is a recommended power ramp sequence for VDDOx (3.3 V I/O) and VDDx
(2.5 V core) supplies. A minimum time of 100 ns is required from the VDDOx
reaching 1.7 V (or greater) until the VDDx supply is allowed to exceed 1.0 V. See
Figure 4-1
DC Characteristics
All inputs and bidirectional signals have input thresholds compatible with TTL drive
levels. All outputs are CMOS drive levels and can be used with CMOS or TTL logic.
