This field contains the PHY address of the next link in the IMA Group. If the link is a
pass-through facility, this field is ignored but is recommended to be set to the PHY
address of the pass-through facility (i.e., set to 0 for PHY address 0, set to 1 for PHY
address 1, etc.).
