When a P7PIN read is performed, the pin states
are always read. P7PIN has the same address as
PBDDR; if a write is performed, data will be written
into PBDDR and the port B setting will be
changed.
The corresponding port 7 pins are output ports
when P7DDR bits are set to 1, and input ports
when P7DDR bits are cleared to 0.
