These bits are always read as 0. The initial value
should not be changed.
Standby Timer Select 3 to 0
These bits select the time the MCU waits for the
clock to stabilize when software standby mode is
cleared by an external interrupt. With crystal
oscillation, refer to table 22.2 and make a selection
according to the operating frequency so that the
standby time is at least the oscillation stabilization
time. With an external clock, a PLL circuit
stabilization time is necessary. Refer to table 22.2
to set the wait time. When DRAM is used and self-
refreshing in the software standby state is selected,
note that the DRAM’s tRAS (self-refresh RAS pulse
width) specification must be satisfied.
With the F-ZTAT version, a flash memory
stabilization time must be provided.
