The L64724 provides a mechanism to observe different outputs of the
decoding pipeline. This feature simplifies performance characterization
and system diagnostics tasks.

The user can observe the outputs from the Descrambler and the parallel
interface module through the CO[7:0], DVALIDOUT, ERROROUTn,
FSTARTOUT, and BCLKOUT output signals. To select an output, the
external microcontroller must set the following output selector bits in
Group 4: SPI_On_Off, SPI_MODE_A_B, SPI_CLK_AND, and OF. These
bits enable the appropriate functionality, as shown in
