A CLK_OUT pin is available on the SCH311X. This will output a programmable frequency between 0.5
Hz to 16 Hz, and have the following characteristics:

Accuracy is not an issue
CLOCK_OUT register at offset 3Ch in runtime registers with the following programming:
Options for 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16 Hz
