5.2 Absolute Maximum Ratings
The absolute maximum ratings listed in
the device can tolerate without risking permanent damage. These ratings are not
typical of normal operation of the device. Exposure to absolute maximum rating
conditions for extended periods of time may affect the device’s reliability. This
device should be handled as an ESD-sensitive device. Voltage on any signal pin
that exceeds the power supply voltage by more than +0.5 V can induce destructive
latchup.
