Note:
1. The 100 ohm resistor is built in the CX28250 for the LRxData+ and LRxData- termination.
2. The LTxData+ and LTxData- outputs are internally biased and therefore do not require external bias resistors.
3. The termination resistors on the LSigDet input are necessary only for transceivers with a PECL level
signal detect (SD) output. The resistors should have a tolerance of 1%.
