clock in Rx direction, except in the STS-48/STM-16
mode. This function is valid only for STS-12/STM-4 and
STS-3/STM-1 modes (no effect in Tx direction).

clock in Rx direction, except in the STS-48/STM-16

SONET facility loopback is only available in STS-3/
STM-1 and STS-12/STM-4 modes.
