Packet Available (PA). In MPHY mode, when
this bit is 0, the PA response follows placement
of a valid address on the address bus by the
ATM master device by one UTOPIA interface
clock period. The RxDATA response follows the
RxENB assertion.
If this bit is 1, then the PA response and
RxDATA response follow the address by two
clock periods. Two-cycle response is provided
for U3-compatible operation.
Reserved. These bits must be written to their
reset default value (0x00).
