8. Lock Bit Program Command
This command writes "0" (lock) for the lock bit of the specified block. Figure 1.168 shows the lock bit program timing. To
execute the lock bit program command:
(1) Transfer the "77

of the specified block. Write the highest address of the specified block for addresses A
