When 1 is written to the PROTECT bit by a program, this bit remains 1. Use the following procedure to change
the TRESEC register:
(1) Write 1 to the PROTECT bit.
(2) Write a value to the TRESEC register.
(3) Write 0 (write disabled) to this bit.
