Set TRECSR register
Set TREMIN register
Set TREIER register
Stop the count.
Initialize the registers and the counter control circuit.
Select the count source, timer RE2 output,
and compare match timer mode.
Set an interrupt.
Set timer RE2 output enabled/disabled
and the counter clear enabled/disabled
Enable writing to the compare match registers.
Set the compare match registers.
Disable writing to the compare match registers.
Start the count.
