Turning ON/OFF of random measurement can be controlled by the RANDOM bit in the TSCUMR
register.
When the RANDOM bit is set to 1 (RANDOM measurement), measurement timing is sequentially
switched by the random value store registers (TSCURVR0 to TSCURVR3) to perform measurement.
