SRCADDR0 – Source Address byte 0
SRCADDR1 – Source Address bye 1
DESTADDR0 – Destination Address byte 0
DESTADDR1 – Destination Address byte 1
SRCADDR0 and SRCADDR1 represent the 16-bit value SRCADDR, which is the DMA channel
source address. SRCADDR1 is the most significant byte in the register. SRCADDR may be
automatically incremented or decremented based on settings in the SRCDIR bits in

• Bit 7:0 – SRCADDR[7:0]: Source Address Byte 0
These bits hold byte 0 of the 16-bit source address.
• Bit 7:0 – SRCADDR[15:8]: Source Address Byte 1
These bits hold byte 1 of the 16-bit source address.
DESTADDR0 and DESTADDR1 represent the 16-bit value DESTADDR, which is the DMA
channel destination address. DESTADDR1 holds the most significant byte in the register.
DESTADDR may be automatically incremented or decremented based on settings in the DEST-
