26. Flash Memory
CPU rewrite mode, standard serial I/O mode, and parallel I/O mode can be used to erase and program the flash
memory. The flash memory has the user ROM area and boot ROM area, and the rewrite control program for the
standard serial I/O mode is stored in the boot ROM area.
Table 26.1 lists specifications of the flash memory. (See Tables 1.1 to 1.4 for the items not listed in Table 26.1.) Table
26.2 lists overview of flash memory rewrite mode.
