Figure 26.1 shows the flash memory map. The user ROM area has an area to store programs, and another 4-Kbyte
area as the block A for data storage.
The user ROM area is divided into blocks, each of which can be protected (locked) from erasing or programming.
The user ROM area can be programmed in CPU rewrite mode, standard serial I/O mode, or parallel I/O mode.
The addresses of the boot ROM area are overlapped with the addresses of the user ROM area. The boot ROM area
can only be rewritten in parallel I/O mode.
