Free-Running Timer Mode
Reserved
These bits are always read as 0. The write value should
always be 0.
Determines whether the timer works as a common 32-
bit free-running timer or four independent 16-bit
timers/counters.
0: 16-bit timer/counter mode (channel 0, 1) 16-bit timer
1: 32-bit free-running timer (FRT) mode
When setting to 1, clear the T01 bit to 00.
