When the value of the CMTFRT matches value of CMTCHnT plus 1 while the timer CMTFRT is
operating, the CMT_CTR output state becomes equal to the setting of the ED1 and ED0 bits in
CMTCFG. Then the ICn flag in CMTIRQS is set to 1 and the interrupt is generated when the
ICEn bit in CMTCTLis set to 1.
The CMT_CTR output is being asserted until the value of CMTFRT matches CMTCHnT plus 1 or
CMTCHnT plus H'8000 0001 while the timer CMTFRT is operating.
The CMT_CTR pin can be set to not active state by setting the STCn bit in CMTCTL.
Note that channels 2 and 3 do not have the output pin, use as the interval timer to generate an
interrupt with regular period.
