The STS-1/STM-0 section (SECTION[3:0]) bits select which STS-1/STM-0 section is
accessed by the current indirect transfer. This register should only be set to 0001 since only
the STS-1/STM-0 #1 section byte is valid.
The indirect address location (IADDR[7:0]) bits select which indirect address location is
accessed by the current indirect transfer.
