The LCDE bit enables the generation of an interrupt due to a change in the ATM LCD state.
When LCDE is set to logic 1, the interrupt is enabled.
The OCDE bit enables the generation of an interrupt due to a change in ATM cell delineation
state or packet Idle state. When OCDE is set to logic 1, the interrupt is enabled.
The CRCE bit enables the generation of an interrupt due to the detection of an ATM HCS or
packet FCS error. When CRCE is set to logic 1, the interrupt is enabled.
The Reserved bit should be set to logic 0 for proper operation.
