The concatenation pointer processing disable (PTRCDIS[1:12]) bits disable the path
concatenation pointer interpreter state machine. When PTRCDIS[n] is set to logic 1, the path
concatenation pointer interpreter state machine (for the path n) is disabled and excluded from
the LOPC-P, AISC-P and ALLAISC-P defect declaration. When PTRCDIS is set to logic 0,
the path concatenation pointer interpreter state machine is enabled and included in the LOPC-
P, AISC-P and ALLAISC-P defect declaration.
