Input data read/output data write is enabled in 1-bit units.
On-chip pull-up resistor can be connected in 1-bit units (ports 0 to 4 and DL only).
However, an on-chip pull-up resistor can only be connected when the pins are in input mode in the port mode, or
when the pins function as input pins in the alternate-function mode. Moreover, an on-chip pull-up resistor can be
connected to the TOB0T1 to TOB0T3, TOB0B1 to TOB0B3, and TOA21 pins, these are output pins in the
alternate-function mode, when these pins go into a high-impedance state due to the TOB0OFF, TOA2OFF, or
TOB1OFF pin or software processing.
